Request - Add Histogram

It would be nice to add a luminosity Histogram, much like in camera, to help set with/black point and exposure etc.

Not urgent, but a nice one to help set balance

There is hue, saturation and value. Close enough?

Or do you mean adding a different histogram for the current view?

Yeah, I thought you might say that. I was thinking for updates, so if you change the brightness slider, or use a tone mapping setting for example, you see the resultant change in the screen space brightness levels. Or maybe clipping highlights would be an equivalent option?

Yes ideally the histogram plotted transformed data, not just source data. That way it would reflect the edits as they happen.

But anyway, that still might not be as useful as on-screen histogram for tweaking the current view.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. It's not a priority request, just a nice addition potentially if there is time one day!
