chore: Update package metadata and dependencies

This commit updates the package name to `@gmeilus/eslint-plugin-playwright`, sets the version to `0.1.0`, and modifies the repository URL. Additionally, it introduces a new `package-lock.json` file and updates the `pnpm-lock.yaml` to reflect changes in dependencies, including updates to `vitest` and other related packages.
