Just tried 1.1.0 for the first time. Ended up failed in rescue mode at:

Please try new release https://github.com/plesk/almalinux8to9/releases/tag/v1.2.0
And keep in mind that the GPG removal might not be the root cause.
To get proper insight we need feedback archive. Please run conversion with:

./almalinux8to9  --keep-leapp-logs ...

if the conversion console hangs in emergency mode as above, forced continue (i.e. with Ctrl-Alt-Del), let the reboot. After you login again prepare feedback archive.
