revert breaks libssl 1.1 #458

After a botched preparation, ./centos2alma --revert lead to the following:

Failed: disable plesk related services. The reason: Command '['/usr/bin/systemct

ce', 'named-chroot.service', 'plesk-ext-monitoring-hcd.service', 'plesk-task-man

ero exit status 1.
