Brute force the number of teeth on a set of gears to find a specific ratio. Can be adapted for compound gearsets, read comments for TARGET_RATIO
I'm not at present willing to derive the actual equation to find the teeth based on the ratio, if that's even possible. designed for metric gears (module)
