refresh demo site scheduled workflow disables automatically without repo activity :-(

When merging @davisagli PR for updating to Plone 6.0.6 this morning I checkedd the workflow and found this:

@mauritsvanrees You'll have to make Plone 6 releases within every 2 months, and we have to apply them accordingly otherwise the workflow is disabled :-P

But more FYI, we need to take this into account. cc: @pbauer @ericof
