Propose Talk / Vortrag Einreichen Landing page with Form Button Usability issues

Prerequisite:

• User has successfully regitered himself and is logged in

• [Vortrag Einreichen] Button aus Inhaltsvorlagen einfügen in page https://tagung.plone.de/2025/vortrag-einreichen
• Hide other proposals from registered user (if intended)
• Make editing own proposal easier (difficult to find)
• Why is adding a link object necessary for registered user (is still available under the Add menu after clicking)

Vision

It would be cool to have a Talk program folderish Type (with bthe proramm views inside, that sets the necessary permissions for itself and newly created contents (Talk type objects) including a seperate workflow (Talk proposal) with states: draft, proposed, rejected (for selfreview) accepted, retracted, scheduled, rescheduled (allows prominent notify when something changes)

talks are listed now and can only be seen if you have the permissions for it.
I also added a draft message if the WF state is private.
