Feature Request: Scroll to Top Button

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

On long pages in Volto, users must manually scroll back to the top after reaching the bottom. This can be inconvenient on content-heavy pages and especially on mobile devices.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a “Scroll to Top” button that appears after the user scrolls down a certain distance and smoothly scrolls the page back to the top when clicked.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manual scrolling or browser shortcuts, which are not intuitive and provide an inconsistent experience across devices.

Additional context

This is a common UX pattern in modern websites and could improve overall usability without affecting existing layouts.
