Not able to unselect some actions

When we click on the Pan or box select, then it does not allow to unselect it, and the action remains unless we remount the chart component.

I am using these two packages:

1. "plotly.js": "^2.35.2"
2. "react-plotly.js": "^2.6.0",

The actions should get unselected when we again on the button after selection
