Per this notice, as of 2025 May 25 NIH will no longer accept Biosketches not generated using a forthcoming Common Form through the SciENcv tool on MyNCBI. Evidently documents so generated will be digitally certified, and this certification used to assess compliance.
To me, this means that, while this repo should not be deleted, it should perhaps be archived, an in any event the README should warn users to no longer use it. I'm about to add such a warning to my fork, which will become part of the pending PR, but i thought it warranted its own issue.
