You can add the package only to your debug target, your production one won't know of it.

DEBUG flag is usually added for a Debug scheme only in the project Build Settings under "Swift Compiler - Custom Flags".
Then we can use it in code like

#if DEBUG
// code to compile only in Debug scheme

This SPM package works by shaking the phone, so build configuration checks like #if DEBUG or #if STAGE are not relevant.

A working solution I’ve found is to exclude Wormholy from specific build schemes (e.g., Production).
To do this:

1. Go to your target’s Build Settings.
2. Search for Excluded Source File Names.
3. Under the appropriate scheme (e.g., Production), add this key:
   Wormholy*

This will prevent Wormholy from being included in builds for that scheme.

These are relevant only if you're using Cocoapods.

Appreciate it. We have used it production problem-free for some time now. While we build the stage version, we can shake the phone and the network pop-up appears, but on the App Store version, nothing happens, which is what we want.

@Silviuvr have you got an example for the Excluded Source File Names? I tried setting it but could still Wormholy entries in the build log.
