Auto Scroll not implemented

I know maybe this isn't the best place to send you a comment, I'm implementing your Drag and Drop List in Xamarin Forms, I was able to get the List to work, but I'm having an issue when I reach the bottom of the List is not auto scrolling, In the original code it does auto scroll, I'm wondering if you have the implementation, otherwise I'm going to finish the implementation and I will share the code. Thank you and nice work.

I actually never implemented the auto scroll when I ported the code over. If you do end up finishing the implementation, feel free to initiate a pull request :).
