outdated website and documentation #256

Dear admin,
Recently, I have been interested in the package. I feel good that this has extensive examples for new users. However, to know more about the package, I think it is helpful to have good and well-written documentation and its API. Unfortunately, when I access its website https://pnnl.github.io/neuromancer/, I think the website seems outdated, and I cannot find any user guide/documentation on the website, even for the PDF file of documentation as mentioned.
I hope that the team will enhance the outlook of this package to reach the final users.
