Enoding Issue

I have a problem with the encoding on one server. Local works everyting fine. Same script on server with same cli env runs in encoding issues, wrong chars. Is this a known issue?

There is nothing special
$fileattr_json = m365 spo file get --webUrl $SiteUrl --id $file.UniqueId --asListItem --output json
$fileprop = m365 spo file get --webUrl $SiteUrl --id $file.UniqueId --output json | ConvertFrom-Json

You have to have a filename with special chars like the german ä ö ü ß or something like that. Keep in mind that the same line works on my Win10 fine but not at the server. But all region settings are the same. The m365 user is the same. Can't find the reason why

but should be: Maßnahmen

On the server, could you add the --debug flag to see what's going over the wire and if it's already the response that's broken for some reason or if we do something odd in the CLI?
