Release date for v1.19.0

I can see that #1003 has already been merged into dev.
In one of my projects, I depend on the template engine and a newer version of the Graph SDK. Because of this, I had to separate the pnp.framework part into a standalone Azure Function.

I would like to eventually integrate pnp.framework back int o the core and decommission the function. I believe this should be stable with version v1.19.9 - that's why I'm asking.

Is there a planned release date for v1.19.0?
