Plan to revive pacquet #242

Hi pnpm team,
do you have a plan to revive this project? Nowaways many tools in the JavaScript ecosystem are written in Rust, e.g. linters, formatters, bundlers etc. What was the reason why you stopped the work on pacquet? Did you stumble upon a barrier and couldn't move forward? Would be in the boat if you plan to continue the path :) Unfortunately I'm not that deep into the complete logic behind pnpm. the lockfile and general resolving strategy.
