Build static success,But use and build failed

Excuse me, I have download the Base Edition Poco-1.14.1 and use msys2 ucrt mingw-w64 to compile it. Unfortunately, it failed and the tip of what is something whitout macro dllimport.I am not so good at programing maybe terrible to it. And I set BUILD_SHARED_LIBS=OFF and it compiles successfull.But when I use sample tcpserver to test wether it could work, it compiles fail again. Sorry forgive me to say Shit, what happen,it really hard to me.

Maybe the problem is compiler,I try to install visual studio to make it agan.It sucessfully to running.

And I found that the info from doc directory said:Basic support for building with MinGW is there as well, but at this time
is not officially supported and may or may not work.
I really want to try again whether mingw can make it because I recently found a new solution from broswer.

Dear @xiaoyu-githu, your improvements to make Poco build with mingw would be appreciated if you are willing to make contribution.

I'm really sorry, because my ability is not very good, but I think Poco is a good integration library. I hope it will be more widely used, I just hope it is stable and easy to use, and I would like to share my problems, and I would like to get more people's suggestions to solve the problems. I takes some time to do the test whitch build and use it in platform ubuntu,It runs okay.
But in windows with mingw-w64-ucrt（14.2-recv1）, it is strange that I try to make it as a submodule to use it ,it has a high chance of reporting an error,though I add set(BUILD_SHARED_LIBS OFF) and add_compile_definetions(POCO_STATIC).
I use msys2-ucrt terminal to use configure command with
./configure --minimal --config=MinGW --no-tests --no-samples --shared --staticand make it ,but it build failed and said could not find MinGW file or directory,I check that info and found that MinGW file and its path is true. I do not know why. I has no way to make it.
Finally I use cmake-gui.exe to configure and generate it,sometimes build failed,because I use two computer to make it,one is when I use Mingw Makefiles to generate is failed,and I use Ninja is okay, another one when I use Ninja is failed,and I use Mingw Makefiles is okay. It is amazing,but at least it can be used.
