The latest Poco version available in vcpkg is 1.13.0. Why is version 1.14.1 not accessible?

Describe the bug
The latest Poco version available in vcpkg is 1.13.0. Why is version 1.14.1 not accessible?

To Reproduce
Using the following snippet in my vcpkg.json:

{
      "name": "poco",
      "default-features": false
 }

Expected behavior
The package should allow the use of version 1.14.1.

Logs

(VcpkgInstallManifestDependencies target) ->
  EXEC : error : no version database entry for poco at 1.14.0.

Please add relevant environment information:

• Windows 11 23H2
• 1.13.0
