SWOT L2 HR tested in SIT

This is now tested and complete for SIT testing, to finish the visualization demo I will need to process 21 days of data (1 full orbit cycle), but that is out of scope of this ticket.

Here's what I did

• Uploaded colormaps and dataset config for ssh and ssha variables of the Basic collection https://github.com/podaac/bignbit-config
• Updated CMR metadata for the SWOT_L2_LR_SSH_BASIC_D collection in UAT, partially updated in ops pending service association
• Tested imagery through Harmony (see attached)
• Tested workflow run in bignbit podaac-svc-sit. To access this link, you probably will need to be logged in to the podaac-svc-sit account first.
