Kubernetes Nodes and other resources not refreshed after minikube restart

When I restart minikube, I see no Kubernetes resources at all.

In the console log:

Trying to watch pods on the kubernetes context named "minikube" but got a connection refused, retrying the connection in 12s.
Trying to watch deployments on the kubernetes context named "minikube" but got a connection refused, retrying the connection in 11s.
Error while fetching API groups: FetchError: request to https://127.0.0.1:34383/apis failed, reason: read ECONNRESET
Trying to watch pods on the kubernetes context named "minikube" but got a connection refused, retrying the connection in 12s.
