Reactive drag using mouse and touch

I found a funny bug: if I left-click on any part of the map and touch the touchscreen (on the surface of the map) with one finger, the map will unexpectedly shift the coordinates by a large distance.

It is reproduces on Samsung S8 Tab in Samsung Browser.

I don't think this should be fixed, because using a mouse and a touchscreen at the same time is absurd. And it looks like egui issue.

Windows' native app is affected too.
