Summary: What does this PR do?

• Removed unnecessary buttons from navbar in mobile view (Search talent and Upload resume duplicate)
• Added feature for navbar to close when something else is being clicked on the page
• Added feature for navbar to close once any link is clicked and new page opens
• Reordered elements of navbar in mobile view
• Added animation for navbar
