Add signatures for commons-io-unsafe-2.5

Those are missing at the moment. We can add the differences through API comparison with certain tools.

I did analysis with japicmp (http://siom79.github.io/japicmp/) and did not find new unsafe violations. So I add a new signatures file just including previous one.
