Texter UI components not responsive on Android device

Describe the bug

Elements of the texter interface are no longer responsive and user-friendly on mobile.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Texter To-do page

2. See campaigns overflowing page

3. Go to conversation view

4. See question response text overflowing <select> element bounds

Expected behavior

Likely due to MUI v4 component updates.
