[Feature Request] Support Paseo Network

Westend is a great testnet for developers, but it appears to be broken for certain staking-related features that regular users would rely on. For example, the Staking Dashboard doesn’t display any active validators for current nominators, and the last reward payout was processed back in November.

To improve the user experience, I’d like to propose adding support for Paseo on the Staking Dashboard. Paseo is also a testnet, but it's more stable and could serve as a valuable environment to test both existing production features and upcoming runtime updates as a "Release Candidate" version.

This would make it significantly easier for those of us assisting users with staking through the Staking Dashboard.

Definitely can do this rather trivially since the #2656 refactor happened. We have a similar initiative with Vara Network at #2766 - a great use case for adding support and decreasing maintenance among forks.
