Add Vara Network as first "Solo Chain" Network

Vara Network have been maintaining a fork of the staking dashboard (deployment), but due to an increasing reliance on the Staking API and general breaking changes, it is becoming harder to maintain forks. To keep Vara up to date with the latest APIs, feature, and reliability, we can now add it to the supported networks directly in the main codebase.

To achieve this the dashboard needs to:

• Introduce Vara Network icons and theme colours.
• Add light client chain spec & support.
• Add a solo chain dedot-api service, and implement it for Vara Network.
• Explore and implement expanded Staking API support for Vara Network.
• Ability to amend legal docs, URLs, and contact details (Email, Discord) for Vara Network.
• Loop back with Vara for additional amendments.
