Unable to nominate validator via proxy #3013
Description
I'm unable to nominate a validator via proxy on https://staking.polkadot.cloud/#/nominate
I have an account, A, with a proxy B. A has dots bonded for staking, but 0 DOTs in free balance. B has some dots bonded for staking, and over 2 DOTs in free balance.
On nominating page, with B under A, when I clicked on the Switch Account on the top right, I selected B.
Then I clicked Manage.
After selecting the desired validators, the Submit button is disabled, so I cannot nominate.
