asset-hub-kusama: Re-enable ignored tests once descendants fix is released

The following fix must be released and pulled into the repo:

• test-utils/fix: Parachains test-utils relay parent descendants mock data paritytech/polkadot-sdk#10541

Without the 2 relayu descendants mock, the following tests are failing with:
