Version 1.8.3 Installer Download

Hi,

Thanks for the update to 1.8.3, fixing the Tic249 last motor driver error display! Can you update the links on the pololu website with installers for this version? The download links at https://www.pololu.com/product/3138/resources and at https://www.pololu.com/docs/0J71/3.1 are still on version 1.8.2 and I don't see another way of getting the installer short of compiling myself.
