Release notes for 0.0.30 contain dead link to localhost

Describe the bug
The release notes for version 0.0.30 link to an example for the :valdations key in workspace.edn, but the link points to localhost:8000 rather than a page on the public internet.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to https://github.com/polyfy/polylith/releases
2. Find the block for version 0.3.30
3. Find the line that says ‘Set :validations in workspace.edn, see example here.’
4. Click ’here’ in that line
5. The browser navigates to http://localhost:8000/d/polylith/clj-poly/0.3.30/doc/libraries#_validate and cannot display that page

Expected behavior
I expected to get to an example illustrating how to use the :valdations key in workspace.edn
