Bug Description

When you click deploy, only a mask layer pops up, and the form for filling in the configuration is not displayed.

Only MonetDB, GoogleSheets, and Ethereum can be displayed normally.

Reproduction Steps

Select Add Adapter and click Deploy

Expected Behavior

A pop-up information form is displayed, which requires you to fill in the corresponding adapter information.
