test: added test for markdown table rendering in BotMessage component (#108)

Added a snapshot test to ensure there are no regressions if a markdown
table stops. rendering. The changes include configuring Vitest for the
project, adding dependencies for testing, and implementing snapshot
testing for rendering markdown tables.
