Urgent: Lumio L2 Funds Stuck 20+ Days – No Support Response from Pontem #1

Hi Pontem team,

I am opening this issue because my funds have been stuck on Lumio L2 for more than 20 days, and I have received no response from any official support channels.

Full situation:

• I emailed info@pontem.network multiple times since Oct 26 with wallet address, tx hashes, and screenshots, never received a reply.
• Discord moderators repeatedly said “wait, we’re working on it,” but I was later removed from the server simply for asking for an update.
• Telegram admins say “we’re working on it” but provide no timeline or details.
• Multiple users on your Discord/Telegram have been reporting the same issue since September 2025, with no public explanation from the team.

Because there has been no communication, I’m posting here in hopes that the engineering team (who actively monitor GitHub) can acknowledge this issue.

Questions:

  1. Is this a known problem affecting withdrawals on Lumio L2?
  2. Is manual L2 → L1 withdrawal finalization possible if the UI is failing?
  3. Is there any expected timeline for restoring normal functionality?

I can provide full technical details, including wallet address, transaction hashes, and screenshots, if needed.
