When using multiple monitors, 1 via DP and the other 2 via HDMI in my case, the audio applet sometimes becomes desynced across these monitors. Changing the input sources and volumes on my DP monitor, for example, doesn't cause these changes to be shown in the audio applet on the other monitors. They still display the no audio symbol, if no audio sources were selected previously (for example when COSMIC forgets them across a reboot). This only affects the visual presentation and the settings changed on the DP monitor still take effect.
