[bug] Wallpaper fit setting not transferred to lock screen

When the wallpaper fit setting in COSMIC Settings is set to "Fit to screen", as opposed to the default "Fill", the lock screen still fills the screen with the selected wallpaper instead of fitting it to the screen.
