Description
After I tried to figure out how to hide panels while playing WoW I saw that desktop was black without my wallpapers, I figured out that i had to click my wallpaper inside Desktop Settings to show my wallpaper again but after that Slideshow didn't work, so I tried a system wallpaper and Slideshow worked. I tried to delete all my wallpapers, move all wallpapers to another path and changing path but didn't work.
The “Slideshow / Sfondo Periodico” feature only works with default system wallpapers now sadly on my laptop :(
When selecting any user directory (e.g. ~/Immagini/ARTE), the background turns completely black after selecting one of your wallpaper and activating Slideshow.
Steps to reproduce
Add your Wallpapers
Activate Slideshow
Install Classic Menu
Install Tweaks for COSMIC
Do a bit of change there and there
Uninstall Classic Menu and uninstall Tweaks for Cosmic
Install again Tweaks for COSMIC
Wipe all config reset gnome
Open Settings again Background
Enable “Slideshow”
Select your wallpaper then Activate Slideshow
Background turns black
Selecting default COSMIC system wallpaper works correctly
Expected behavior
Slideshow should work with any wallpaper not only system wallpaper folders.
Actual behavior
Only default system wallpapers work
