[Bug] Some Icons not Smooth

Some icons in the Dock don't look smooth, looks like it's Apps from external Repo's or Flatpaks

I believe this is caused by the iced renderer reusing a single atlas upload at the source image size, which looks rough when scaled down to small dock sizes. I have a fix up at pop-os/iced#318 that caches raster uploads keyed by physical draw size so the renderer can prefilter with Lanczos3 once and reuse the result.
