Cosmic text editor unresponsive to keyboard after pasting with mouse/touchpad #482
Description
Cosmic text editor 0,1,0 on Fedora 43:
- When pasting a block of text in the editor, cosmic text editor becomes unresponsive to keyboard input after pasting using the mouse/touchpad right click => paste
How to reproduce
A . open a new document.
B. copy a block of text any method
C. paste with the mouse / touchpad
- -place the cursor, right click paste
This does not happen if you paste from the keyboard or menu
Ctrl - V works
Edit -> paste works
Right click mouse/touchpad paste-> Cosmic Text Editor unresponsive to keypard input
You have to click outside the line you pasted and then deyboard is then responsive.
Expected behavior
Pasting with right mouse click => paste does not inhibit keypoard after paste
Actual behavior
Keyboard unresponsive after pasting from the mouse/touchpad
