Snap to window when notification is clicked?

I could have sworn I saw this feature on a milestones list. I don't see it mentioned often or listed in upcoming milestones. Is this still planned? Or perhaps this feature was shipped and it's broken in my environment? I'm most likely blind and simply missed it listed somewhere.
