Change Panel Font & Font Size

Enjoying the simplicity and speed of PopOS Cosmic, managed to change the panel date and time format (see previous post) thanks to some kind help and support, so really happy with that now. Only remaining issue for me is the size and style of the panel font. I know I can enter the Settings and increase the display percentage to make the panel font bigger, but that affects the whole desktop. It would be brilliant if the user could independently change the panel font type and size.
