When opening an app, such as Telegram, the window seems appears non-centered. I manually center on my monitor screen. Why do this everytime? Let's allow windows to remember where and what size they were when closed so that when re-opened they will automatically be exactly where we would like them to be.
If for some reason others would prefer the current behavior then there could be setting to allow to be set either way: as it is now, or open to same size and location as when closed.
