If I make changes to a new tab, then hit ctrl-S, it brings up the save dialog. If I then decide I don't actually want to save, hitting Esc does not close the dialog. Instead, it removes the focus from the file name field, requiring me to hit Esc again. Hitting Esc once should close the dialog (that is, the cancel button on any dialog should always default to being activated by pressing Esc).
