Custom theme icon is not properly centered in the widget button
512x512px icon used for a custom theme is not properly centered when displayed as a widget button in the appearance page:

Scrollable list is missing horizontal margins
Part of the widget buttons are overlapping slightly with the scrollbar on the right side.
Can be seen in the attachment above, but it's more noticeable when hovering or selecting the button:
