[Feature request] App tray click behaviour: open first window on click

Currently, when you click an application that has multiple windows it shows the windows and you can click on one to open it. I personally prefer opening the first window on click and displaying all windows on hover. 

KDE Plasma has an option for this and I believe Windows works like this as well, if an example is needed.
