Dock: Add borders to the dock for better visibility and design

I always set the dock to autohide and then I tile my windows to the corners of the screen, and I've noticed that since some parts of the Cosmic applications share the same color as the dock, when I make the dock appear and it overlaps the Cosmic applications, I can't really distinguish where the dock is and where it starts because the dock and the application have the same color, this is what it looks like:

So my solution would be to add the same border that the Cosmic applications have that looks really beautiful to the dock too, so that this issue would be fixed and I also think it would look more visually appealing.

I'm using PopOS 24.04
