dock does not show if it only contains minimized windows applet #524
Description
If you make it such that the only applet on the dock is the minimized windows applet and nothing else, then the dock is never visible even if there are minimized windows present in the current workspace. This is regardless of whether or not the "Automatically hide dock" option is enabled. If "Automatically hide dock" is off, it only creates a little bit of blank space where the dock is supposed to be, but no dock is actually visible.
I am running 1.0.0 on NixOS.
