Dock and Panel Don't work on 32:9 (7680x2160)

Describe the bug
I got my new Samsung Odyssey G9 today and I noticed the dock and panel aren't working on it. Luckily I have a secondary 1920x1080 monitor and the dock works. The panel does not work at all for both monitors now that the 32:9 is plugged in.

To Reproduce
Use a 32:9 monitor

Expected behavior
I expect the dock and panel to show on the 32:9 monitor.

We have multiple 5120x1440 displays that seem fine with panels and docks, so I don't think the 32:9 aspect ratio is the issue. That resolution is much higher than anything we've been able to test with though. Do you see any log messages that seem relevant? Watching journalctl -f and disabling/enabling the dock or panel on that display might be the best way to look.
