[Feature Request] Settings for the top bar

[VaZark]

It would be great if we could have a few more settings for the workspaces

1. Top bar Position: Start (aka Top in vertical or left in horizontal) / Center
2. Top bar background colour & transparency
3. Top bar background margins : wrap (current behaviour) / edge-to-edge

So that we can have something like this top bar
