sudo apt update
sudo apt install cinnamon-desktop-environment

Expected behavior:

Cinnamon installs without issue

Other Notes:

https://packages.ubuntu.com/jammy/desktop-base - It doesn't look like desktop-base depends or recommends anything that would break Pop!_OS, so that conflict could probably be removed?
