I updated my Dell Latitude 3570 machine and now it just hangs on boot with a blank screen.
I get the DELL logo and then a blank screen.
I am running POPOS 22 LTS and no other operating system on the machine.
I have read all the solutions about going back to previous versions of the Kernel but how?
Problem:
I have a problem getting into POPOS to be able to change the KERNEL. I have used GRUB in the past but I know POPOS uses systemd-boot.
So can anyone give me instructions on how to get "pass" the blank/black screen so I can use the terminal to fix the issue.
I have tried the DELL F2/F12 but this is just Dell BIOS menus.
Do I have to use POPOS recovery? (If I can find it!)
Can you please include the step you would use to fix this problem without losing data?
Thank you in advance.
